Submit A Tenant Application

If you are interested in renting an apartment from Calello Agency, you must first

fill out a Tenant Application. We do not show apartments to anyone that has not completed an application. There is NO APPLICATION FEE and it costs absolutely nothing to look at our apartments. If you choose to rent an apartment, there is a

Rental Fee which you can discuss with one of our agents.

 

There are two ways you can fill out the application:

1.     You can download the application in English or Spanish, save/fill out on your computer and email as an attachment to us at reception@calelloagency.com.

2.     You can download the application in English or Spanish, print, fill out and

      drop off at Calello Agency or fax it to us at 973-481-0104.

Open and save the electronic PDF application form to your computer before completing it.
The form can be filled out on your computer using a PDF Reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

After completing the PDF application, email a copy of the file as an attachment to:
